About the event

Join us for an unforgettable evening of Cajun-Asian fusion flavors, crafted to delight the senses with vibrant flavors and inventive pairings. Begin your journey with a savory Miso Praline Spare Rib, finished with candied cayenne pecans, radish, and cilantro for a perfect balance of sweet and spicy on the opening course. Next, enjoy our Pepper Jelly Chicken, served over jazzmen rice and topped with scallion and sesame seed, delivering a rich, umami-filled experience.

For the third course, guests are invited to personalize their experience by choosing from four distinct ramen options:

1. Thomas St Tonkotsu – Featuring chashu pork in a robust Benteaux broth with ramen noodles and green onion.

2. Hunter’s Ramen – Chashu pork in Benteaux broth with a mushroom-soy egg, kikurage, spicy chicken soy sauce, ramen noodles, and green onion.

3. Miso Good – A comforting house miso broth with chashu pork, miso charred corn, ramen noodles, and green onion.

4. Miso Supa Hot – For the spice lover, a house miso broth with chashu pork, miso charred corn, kikurage, mushroom-soy egg, pepper paste, ramen noodles, and green onion.

Finish the meal with a decadent Java Panna Cotta topped with chantilly and a five-spice chocolate crumb, creating a memorable fusion of Eastern spices and rich coffee notes. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a custom cocktail to elevate and complement the bold flavors of each dish. Start with the Mango Mai Tai, a refreshing blend of fresh mango, house-made orgeat syrup, dark rum, triple sec, orange bitters, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice. This tropical cocktail compliments the Miso Praline Spare Rib’s umami and sweet-spicy notes.

Next, the Strawberry Lychee Mojito pairs with the Pepper Jelly Chicken, combining fresh strawberry and lychee puree, white rum, house-made mint simple syrup, and a touch of lemon-lime soda for a sweet and minty contrast to the dish’s savory elements.

For the ramen course, the Yuzu Lemonade shines, balancing the warmth of the dish with yuzu and honey jam puree, house vodka, and fresh lemonade, adding a bright and citrusy refreshment.

Conclude with the Thai Spiked Iced Coffee—a bold blend of freshly brewed Thai coffee, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, condensed milk, and chocolate shavings—perfectly complementing the creamy, spiced flavors of the Java Panna Cotta dessert. (Cocktail pairings are purchased separately from dinner tickets) Reserve your spot for a journey through innovative flavors and delightful pairings!
