Begin your journey with Herb Focaccia topped with prosciutto butter and sage, alongside a Muffuletta Bruschetta. These two courses will be complemented by our first wine selection, setting the tone for a refined dining experience. The third course, a Caprese Salad enhanced with sugar cane vinegar reduction and fresh basil, will be accompanied by a vibrant wine, chosen to highlight the freshness of the dish. Next, indulge in Ravioli stuffed with crab ricotta and yard egg yolk, finished with black truffle and brown butter, paired with a rich wine that enhances the earthy and buttery notes. The highlight of the meal, Veal with potato pave, parmesan fondue, and thyme, will be served with the final wine selection, a robust choice to complement the heartiness of the dish.
